Urgent requirement need for IT staff
Elan PS were able to provide, on site, a team of
pre-interviewed and fully referenced IT support staff within 48
hours for a central government department. This rapid turnaround
for high quality staff enabled the client to re-focus existing
resource to critical areas, avoiding a potentially costly project
delay.
Outsource Assurance work
A large central Government Department whose IT function was
largely outsourced, required independent assurance of the work
being carried out by the 3rd Party Suppliers. Over the past 12
months Elan have provided Project and Programme Management,
Business Analysis, Service Management and Test Analysis expertise.
Through working with Elan PS the client was provided with an
impartial and accurate assessment of the performance of the
Outsource agreement.
Security Cleared Project based staff
A central government department with multiple business
critical projects required contractors over a 5 year period on an
ad-hoc basis. Elan PS successfully supplied security cleared
candidates, to a minimum of SC level with a variety of skills from
Messaging support to Test analysis. The staff provided were
certified to industry recognized standards, held immediately
transferable clearance and were able to complement existing staff
whilst providing niche expertise on a short term basis.
